Priority: Sales Workshop
The Priority: Sales Workshop will take your sales efforts to a new level. This workshop will benefit both the highly experienced sales professional and help jump-start the career of the novice. Priority: Sales utilizes the Everything DiSC Sales program to help salespeople connect better with their customers by focusing on three key areas:
- Understanding Your DiSC Sales Style
- Recognizing and Understanding Customer Buying Styles
- Adapting Your Sales Style to Your Customer’s Buying Style
It will then take participants through a process of learning how to uncover the specific criteria and solution that the customer already has in mind. Instead of throwing a lot of information against the wall to see what sticks, or attempting to ask questions to solicit some specific customer response, the Priority: Sales workshop will will teach you to listen for cues, and ask questions to identify the customer’s highest priorities.
Finally, this sales training workshop will provide salespeople with a means for thinking about their territory and opportunities in a way that prioritizes their highest potential and most critical wins, while providing them a framework for both thinking about their pipeline and communicating with sales management.
